Let the mystery and magic of Venice captivate your family’s heart, come and have that serene experience only Venice can give.
Meet your guide at the very heart of La Serenissima. Start your family walking tour in St. Mark’s Square, the most important part of Venice. Here several strange creatures might attract your attention: a lion holding a book, a dragon on top of a column and the world’s most coveted bronze horses. Now the most important visit of all, inside St. Mark’s Basilica. The interior of this church is a fantastic spectacle, covered with stunning frescoes and topped with an impressive golden dome. St. Mark’s Basilica is a must see when in Venice. And don’t forget its best kept secret – the museum above the church, the view of the square and the waterfront from there is spectacular!
Then a short stop to see the Ducal Palace or the Doge´s Palace, another significant landmark in the history of the city. From outside, marvel at the extraordinary architecture of this building and feel the magnificence and power that this city once possessed. From there your local guide will show you how this amazing city was built on water and how this once boggy marshland became a wealthy hub of trade and culture. View the stunning square and the lagoon around the gallery of St. Mark’s Basilica as you listen to the stories of Venice’s rich past.
Then you’ll begin to understand why we have called this experience the ‘maze and magic walking tour’, as we navigate through the intricate backstreets and side alleys of this iconic city. You’ll complete your visit by exploring the calm and peaceful streets and squares away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of tourists, and you’ll truly be able to soak in the real beauty of Venice with an authentic Italian gelato. What are you waiting for, let the magic begin!

This was our first Kids tour in Italy and we didn’t know what to expect – and it was better than what we could have ever imagined. Our guide engaged our two children (4 and 8) with interesting stories and competitions. As adults we learnt a lot too, and felt like we were really experiencing this amazing city with a local. We do recommend!!!
It was an amazing and fun way to see Venice. Our kids loved the activities and our guide was super sweet. We’ll never forget this experience!
