POTTERY/CERAMIC WORKSHOP

If you and your little ones don’t mind getting your hands dirty for a little bit of art, then the Rome4Kids Pottery and Ceramics Creative workshop is just what you need! What better way to get to know Roman traditions, than to get first-hand experience yourself! Come and learn this ancient art technique and make the most out of your Roman experience!
The meeting point of the workshop will be at the art school, at 1 Vicolo dei Marchigiani. There you will start this experience by meeting with your professional art teacher who will expose to various ways of handling clay – both with your own hands and with the pottering wheel. Start step by step: gather a bit of clay in front of you, mold it, shape it, morph into anything you like!
You will even have the opportunity to paint and varnish your masterpiece, as final touch! Finally, the only thing that will be left to do, will be to wrap up your creation and take it home. What a perfect memory of the amazing time you had in Rome! Come and have fun with us, on this creative and original course!
