    In our brand new Academy of Italian Cuisine in the very heart of Rome you will get a first-hand experience while our professional Chef reveals to you all secrets for a perfect, authentic and complete Italian meal. Roll, shape and create the dough and learn the exact procedure that allows you to prepare the real Italian pasta back home with the best condiments that are never lacking on Italian tables! Also, prepare one of the most loved desserts in our country: a real home-made ice cream!
