Join us in this unique experience and live an original and fun journey immersed into the Italian cuisine!

Our class starts in a local market where you get to pick fresh ingredients for your authentic Italian menu. After a nice walk in the historical neighbourhood near our Cooking Academy in the very heart of Rome, you will wear your colourful apron and start your incredible cooking experience!

Your expert local Chef will guide you step by step and explain to you all the skills that would enable you create a typical Italian meal. You will be able to recreate back home a complete menu with all the main courses, like creative starters, delicious plates of pasta with different tasty sauces and a sweet dessert of the Italian tradition.

After cooking, sit down, relax and have a nice meal (that you’ve created with your own hands) accompanied by red/white wine or a soft drink. This is a unique experience that will allow you to learn a lot of our culinary tradition. Come and join us!
